  1. Beulah Seema Soans

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

I have completed my Master of Commerce from Mangalore University in the year 2017. I joined University of Passau in October 2018 to pursue my second masters in Development studies (MDS) (Major M.A). The university has no fee structure. It shows only the minimum living expenditure details of 720 euros per month which I need to block to get the residence permit for my studies. I am also supposed to pay 72 euros per semster as semester fee to the university which i get the reciept. Can i know if i can apply for minority scholarship? I belong to Christian community and also permanent resisdent of Karnataka State.
    Awaiting for your response.

    Thank you.

  2. This is open discrimination against Hindus in India. This is a total betrayal of the fundamental rights of Hindus to be treated equally.

  3. Dear Scholarshipbuddy,
